Dotted around the hills around Reschio Castle, there are 50 farmhouses, as old as the surrounding landscape. Twenty of these have been renovated for international customers looking for a private home to buy or rent as a room in a prestigious boutique luxury hotel.

Every villa has its own identity, created and furnished by the owner of Reschio Castle, Count Antonio Bolza and two generations of his family. Previously owned by the Bolza family during the 11th century, the Castle was also the summer residence of the Bishop of Todi.

The 5 stars boasted by Reschio Castle guarantee the highest standards of service. The main building, thanks to the project management of Benedikt (the count's architect son) preserves some of the original Romanesque features, teamed however with more modern features, such as the interior lighting, created by the countess Angelika, the external glass staircase and the swimming pools with panoramic views.
